Howdy

hey everyone how are you, it's been quite a crazy week,

so on Tuesday, so well normal Tuesday, but in my English class i was asking everyone what their favorite thing in the Olympics was and everyone of the women were like, ice dancing... are you freaking serious hahaha that is the dumbest sport! oh my at least don't call it a sport and i'll be happy

so then on Wednesday we just had some lessons and stuff

but then on Thursday we had to wake up at 6 to go to Brno (1.5 hour bus ride) and then we had a training, sister McKonkie led it, and it was so good, she just talked about how we need to focus on the importance of church with people because you have all this time in the week and you have to think about all of this stuff all the time and then on Sunday you get to come and just focus your thoughts all on Jesus and it's the best time for inspiration. so then after that we rode back to Olomouc with the Lyons (1 hour car ride) then we had a lesson and then i got on a train (2.5 hours) to Prauge to do visa work

Friday i woke up at 6 with some of the Prague Elders to run with a member there and he is crazy! he's a pro rock climber and he seriously sprinted at full speed for 45 mins!  like i thought he wasn't being serious, i was keeping up with him for like 5 or 6 mins and we probably ran a mile and then i just fell so far behind with the other elders but seriously that guy was nuts.  But the run was sick, it was on this castle wall way high in the middle of Prague and when you'd go around you could see the whole city.  It was awesome. Then we did visa work.  It was really good no one in my group had problems. then i went back to Olomouc (2.5 via train.) and did normal missionary stuff for the rest of the day.

Saturday met with this way interesting investigator he has learned greek and hebrew and english fluently and is currently re-translating the bible.

Then we had church on Sunday and i was so fighting falling asleep in sacrament.  He was talking about missionary work. and mid speech when i was falling asleep almost (trying to look super interested because i''m a missionary and stuff) he, the guy speaking, asks me a question... (in czech) no idea what it was i just was so confused "jo" haha i was right "jo"(yo) means yes and he was asking if it's good to have members there at lessons haha so i was right but i had no idea what i was answering. haha.

Then today, this morning we had to go to the church building and help these construction guys haha czech construction smh. anyway ask me about that maybe, but i have to write my pres and stuff.

Spiritual thought of the week that you should all ponder about:

When you need to decide something, pray about it, it really works. That's not just something that we hear annoying cliche stories about in Sunday school, but it actually works and it's super helpful, so try it.

hey p.s. ok jaynanne, see this, if you read the whole thing, it's quite long but i used this magical button above the right shift that's called "enter" it magically makes it so you can read it with out getting a headache lol. jk but seriously.

also. oskar, i'll let you use my turtle beach's until i get home if you do the book of mormon thing that i told you last week. but if you ruin those, unlike my long board you'll have to buy new ones.

ok, peace off.

Ohanna means family, and family means no one gets left behind. Or forgotten.

sorry i forgot to write you guys this week, i had a lot of emails to write.  hey, if you haven't sent my box, can you an American flag tie? oh yeah, and also, Oskar you can use my long board as much as you want just try not to break it, and also it's ok if you do just have fun and be safe, but you can't ride it until you finish reading the book of mormon and summarize the whole story in your own words in a 5 page paper that you have to give to mom and me and trevor and jaynanne. so get started right now while there is snow so by the time the snow melts you can be free on the road with the wind in your face, and if you want to reduce speed wobble then tighten the bottom. you can probably look up how to exactly do it on youtube.  but sounds like you guys are having quite the thing with grand pa here all the locks are keys both ways, you you have to use a key to unlock and lock it on both sides of the door, so if you get one of those that'd probably be good.

but i hope you have a good week, funny story so  my new companion whose name i'm not going to give you cause you'd look him up on face book was looking at my family pictures points at jaynanne "dibs" "what you can't call dibs on my sister" "to late already did" haha so yeah umm well also my investigators are doing so well there's this girl who's just so awesome her parent's mostly her mom and grandma though are way against the church so when she goes home this weekend she will talk to her dad about it, like the church and stuff. but she's so cool i can't wait to see her join the church. she's literally the nicest person i've ever met. She was the first czech person i met and i've seen her grow so much in these 4 months and it's such a testimony builder for me! anyway have a good time.

also mom, i keep putting 2 pleats in my pants when i iron them what's the proper way, could you show me with pictures

God Knows i want to Break Free! I GOT TO BREAK FREE!!

Haha queen is playing in the internet cafe (post title) haha I'm not like wanting to come home.

umm this week, my companion had visa work in Prague so we went there for a night and stayed with the APs but that kinda killed our week so the new companion that i got went to Fremont,  so pretty close to us, like roy,  um he's pretty cool, he juts transferred from the other apartment in this city. so we jsut walk freaking i can't spell just gosh, ok we just walked his stuff over to my apartment then we had a pretty regular pday umm yup

on Saturday we chopped wood for 5 hours straight, well, we just stacked wood because we can't use power machines, like the wood splitter our branch president was using, but it reminded me of scout camp so much haha mostly because i was the only one working and every one else was pretending to do work, but doing like 1/4 as much as me, jsut are you serious. JUST like twelve year olds haha

so oh actually i was pretty sick the day before Prague i just slept through personal study and didn't get dressed until we left the apartment for the day at like one after lunch and calls

but i got better i think i just needed some negative degree weather to freeze it out of me.

I wanna know have you ever seen the rain.

man this place can't run out of old good music

well grandpa sounds funny living in the house

umm  k peace off have a good V-Day

oh actually umm lets see, cool experience of the week,  oh i totally yelled at this atheist in a lesson haha i was bearing testimony so hard hahah he was going to cry, he left the lesson believing in God and committed to read KM haha so whats up? testimony totes works to drive out the devil in people!

Howdy y'all

so first of all i don't have much to say it was sorta an uneventful week, besides the transfer calls but yeah i'll tell you about my new companion next week. umm lets see
oh the phone call to you guys, that was pretty much my biggest event and i just started a new planner so i can't go through and read what i did this week. humm well haha since my companion was going home i got another full week of saying "this is your LAST email time" haha i just said that to him he put his hand up in my face hahah

then what else, i read some crazy stories from the old testament. haha umm then i went on an exchange.

oh i met this malaysian girl haha yeah

umm that's about it. we had a story telling activity in english it was so fun, there's this lady class who is one of the top actresses in the czech republic and she was telling us stories ahah yeah it was fun.
